Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Share your Order Number, reason for return, and clear images via email.

Mandatory Requirement: An unpacking video is compulsory and must be shared via WhatsApp at +91 99783 78313 or emailed to support@gamthiwala.com.

Note : Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Fabrics cut as per customer requirements.

  • Sale and clearance products.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and successfully inspected at the Gamthiwala warehouse.

Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via Phone: +91 99783 78313 or Email: support@gamthiwala.com. Exchange requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. An unpacking video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled within 6 hours of placement are eligible for an exchange or store credit equivalent to the full order value.

  • Fabrics cut according to customer specifications cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
